Contract Filling

We at Delikates Manufaktur act as contract fillers for viscous and pasty masses. Thanks to our modular equipment, we can fill various types and sizes of containers. The following container types can be filled by us:

Jars
Glass pots
Glass bottles
Plastic tubs
Plastic bottles
Special containers

Our standard closures are twist-off caps and aluminum screw caps. Special or other closure types are available on request.

After filling, we can also provide labeling of the containers upon request. Up to two labels can be applied at once, or labels with tamper-evident seals. Printing a best-before date & lot number is also possible. Once labeling is complete, the containers are packaged in boxes, trays, or displays.

Viscous and Pasty Masses

What do we mean by viscous/pasty masses? These include, for example:

Nut nougat creams
Milk creams
Baking creams
Fat glazes
Compounds
Nut butters

Filling of honey and syrups is also possible.

Special Fillings

In the past, we have already carried out some special fillings for our customers. These included, for example, the filling of fruit vinegars, oils, spirits and the preservation of fruits in spirits.
